How Smart Portals work
Last updated 12 Oct 2026 · Pre-production — verify in your environment.
A portal bundles navigation, tasks, and context for a function — for example HR operations or compliance oversight. Portals do not replace the marketplace; they consume agents you have enabled for your organisation.
Workspace is the cross-portal command centre: it reflects every portal your organisation subscribes to so you can oversee them together.
Typical flow
- Subscribe or enable agents and suites for your workspace (per your plan).
- Open the relevant portal to run day-to-day work — reviews, queues, dashboards.
- Use add-ons when you need adjacent products (e.g. recruiting/learning next to HRIS).
- Use Workspace when you need a single lens across all active portals.
Permissions
Access to portals and agents is controlled by your organisation’s roles and subscription. Not every user sees every portal or every agent.
Core Workspace
When Smart Portals become generally available, each will require Core Workspace as the foundation for identity, tenancy, and shared governance.
