Organisation-level configuration commonly includes:

• Identity — SSO, session policy, directory sync (where enabled).
• Agents — Enabling suites, schedules, and integration endpoints permitted by your plan.
• Notifications — Email or in-app routing for tasks and alerts.

Change management#

Track changes to agent definitions and integrations in the same way you would for other production systems: version intent, approvers, and rollback expectations.
